BRANDED RESIDENCES

Have you heard of Branded Residences? No? Well, I’ll tell you something interesting about a business that is starting in Spain and that you should take into account, especially if you are dedicated to luxury homes.

Branded Residences is the name given to exclusive residential properties, often built thanks to the collaboration of luxury brands, real estate developers and premium hotel companies, which manage them.

They have the differentiating value of becoming the owner of a property, often with spectacular design and very high level of finishes, while enjoying the comforts offered by having 5-star hotel service 24 hours a day, all year round

The concept, not new, but evolved, proposes that you live constantly immersed in a unique and personalized experience, where every detail, from security to well-being, is perfectly integrated and supervised. And where you can even allow yourself the license to alter, decorate and set the mood as you wish, since the house is entirely your property

Technology (you already knew I was going to talk about it) is a fundamental pillar. Apart from heated pools, spas, gyms, green areas or bright ventilated garages, they have advanced home automation systems that allow you to control everything (EVERYTHING) from any device.
This is extremely important both for users, who automatically adjust the environments for their maximum comfort at all times, and for service personnel, who are responsible for always having everything ready. And also for maintenance technicians: in this type of residence, monitoring and supervising the operation of the equipment prevents very costly failures, which affect the quality of the property, its value and the exclusive service it must provide.

The market for “Branded Residences” is in full expansion. In cities like Madrid, Barcelona and Marbella, tests are already being carried out and it is said that this type of property adds value of up to 25% compared to traditional homes of the same status.
I don’t know. But it does seem that this residential model, which fuses technology, exclusivity and quality of life, will increase in size over the next five years.

Certainly, and from what I see in my profession, this is a trend that is marking the future of luxury, adapting to the new fashions and needs of clients with greater economic capacity.

I am currently working on a project of this type, which I am quite excited about and about which I hope to be able to tell you more soon.
