Hotel Moradix

This aparthotel has a main building with 5 floors, with spacious lounges, an indoor pool, a large spa, gourmet dining room, cafeteria, offices and 52 rooms. Additionally, in the same urbanization, 5 blocks of two-bedroom apartments with common areas, gardens, terraces and a large outdoor pool.

In 2018 it was a real challenge for me to be hired to supervise the execution of the facilities of this aparthotel with 52 rooms and 48 apartments. My work lasted more than a year and a half during which I had to control the quality of the execution of the works, participate in the decisions about the equipment to install and verify the invoicing of the subcontractor.
