L&M House

It is a large house, built in three heights. It has a very modern design, with straight vertical and horizontal lines, a multitude of edges and an abundance of white color. It features a large terrace with a large pool with a submerged window from which you can see the interior area of ​​the gym and the spa.

The house has channeled facilities designed to be accessible in case of need, but totally hidden so as not to interfere with the decoration. The biggest technical complication of this project was to make the registers practically disappear (especially taking into account the size of the house) and that the way of the pipes was absolutely camouflaged in the design.

The lighting was well studied and complex, with unique solutions in some rooms.

This “casadensueño” has two technical rooms, underfloor heating, air conditioning, dehumidifier, main lighting by led strips, KNX © home automation and a sophisticated alarm and video surveillance system. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, full spa, gym, double height dining room, large kitchen, barbecue and many amenities for its owners.
