The renowned restaurant Le Gourmand in Jávea has also transitioned to self-consumption. We installed 30kW of Risen 550Wp photovoltaic panels and a Huawei inverter on the roof. Currently, the restaurant achieves nearly a 60% savings on its electricity bill. Its customers know that the cuisine is not only delicious and healthy but also environmentally friendly.
