CAMÍ DE LA SISCA

YEAR OF COMPLETION: 2023
LOCATION: CAMÍ DE LA SISCA, TEULADA
DIRECTED FACILITIES BY CHEMA CAMPOS:
Photovoltaic for self-consumption

1️⃣ CONCEPT: A large luxury home renovated from an old Mediterranean villa, situated on a vast plot with stables for horses. The design is traditional, with stone walls and Arabic tile roofs. The renovated property features all the modern installations and services, resulting in medium-high energy consumption.

> BONUS: The Arabic tile roof is protected by local regulations, and the house is on rural land, so we cannot install the solar panels on the roof. Therefore, we sought a suitable space on the property and found one just behind the stables. Before installation, the area needs to be cleaned, leveled, compacted, and trenches dug for the cabling.

2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 6.48kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, featuring 540Wp Seraphim panels mounted on a 20º concrete structure placed on leveled ground. The system includes a Huawei three-phase hybrid inverter and 5kWh of storage with Huawei Luna batteries.

3️⃣ RESULT: A home that is both classic and modern, surrounded by vegetation and nature. The owners, in addition to contributing to environmental conservation, enjoy renewable energy for their needs, generated by their own photovoltaic installation.
