1️⃣ CONCEPT: Modern cubical-shaped residence, perfectly prepared to accommodate a photovoltaic installation on its roof. It includes all the features commonly found in such homes today, such as aerothermal heating, underfloor heating, and pool heating. The house is thermally insulated and has high-quality windows, resulting in low energy consumption to maintain comfort. The flat roof facilitates the installation of solar panels.
> BONUS: In these types of residences, I always have to discuss the concealment of the solar panels. The parapets of the roof usually do not exceed 30-40 cm, which means we have to aim for low inclinations of the panels to prevent them from being seen from the outside, at the expense of reducing their annual net production. Finding that balance where the panels are not visible while minimizing production loss is often challenging.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 5.995 kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, using Seraphim 545Wp panels mounted on a concrete structure placed on the gravel of the roof. We use optimizers to enhance production and avoid issues caused by the shadows of the nearby forest trees. The system includes a Huawei single-phase hybrid inverter without an energy storage system.
3️⃣ RESULT: A modern house, now finally fully equipped with the integration of the energy generation system. The owners will enjoy low energy costs year-round and the opportunity to benefit from surplus compensation tariffs and the Solar Wallet, so they can have savings in the form of energy upon their return.
