1️⃣ CONCEPT: Luxury home tastefully renovated with modern design, clean lines, and large windows, built on a spacious plot with views of the Peñón de Ifach. The house features cutting-edge comfort elements, incorporating the latest technology in its equipment. It includes a Crestron home automation system, integrated sound with hidden Cerasonar speakers, a beautiful pool, a large barbecue area, air conditioning, and an aerothermal system. Despite being efficient, the energy consumption remains significant, as is common in most luxury homes like this one.
> BONUS: The roof is flat, waterproofed with asphalt fabric. The client does not want the photovoltaic panels to be visible, so a coplanar installation is necessary. Additionally, penetrating the insulation usually results in leaks, so we will have to forgo the use of structure, screws, and drilling.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: A 14kWp installation has been made with lightweight and flexible 520Wp SUNMAN panels, adhered to the roof with a specific adhesive. This way, perforation of the roof has been avoided. Additionally, by dispensing with the metallic structure, the panels are almost completely attached to the surface, raising just 3 centimeters. Thanks to this, they remain completely hidden. To complement this high-tech installation, we have opted for a 12kW HUAWEI three-phase inverter and energy storage through a TESLA POWERWALL 2 battery.
