1️⃣ CONCEPT: Newly built luxury home with spectacular views of the Peñón de Ifach. The flat roof is covered with gravel, featuring obstacles but enough space for the photovoltaic installation.
> BONUS: Being constructed on a mountainside with access from a road at the top, the solar panels would be easily visible and would mar the overall appearance. Approved concrete blocks with a 10º tilt are used to minimize visual impact.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Installed with a 5.450kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, featuring 545Wp Seraphim panels mounted on concrete structures on the existing gravel-covered, 10º inclined concrete and steel roof. A single-phase Huawei inverter is used. No energy storage system is included.
3️⃣ RESULT: A luxury home with spectacular views where the photovoltaic installation has not compromised the building’s aesthetics. The homeowners will enjoy an incredible environment and fantastic views in a sustainable home with low maintenance costs, thanks to generating their own energy.
