1️⃣ CONCEPT: A luxury rental home with every imaginable service, just steps from Moraira Beach. This designer house caters to guests with the utmost care, offering amenities such as a heated pool, a modern and powerful air conditioning system, and aerothermal heating.
> BONUS: A home of this caliber must be environmentally friendly. Without a photovoltaic installation, the energy consumption would be very high due to the high comfort standards provided to guests. Additionally, it is crucial that the aesthetics are not compromised by the placement of the solar panels. The challenge is twofold: installing a much more powerful photovoltaic system than in a conventional home and ensuring it remains completely unobtrusive.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 28.620kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, featuring 540Wp Jinko panels mounted on an approved 5º concrete structure placed on the roof surface. The system includes two Huawei hybrid inverters of 10 and 15kW and 30kWh of storage in Huawei Luna batteries. All panels are fitted with optimizers.
