The property includes a sauna, underfloor heating, an indoor heated pool, a spa, and an outdoor heated pool. The owners, a couple who enjoy traveling, have an irregular energy consumption pattern.

2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 9.9kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, featuring 550Wp Seraphim panels mounted on a 20º concrete structure placed on level ground covered with gravel over an anti-weed mesh. The system includes a Huawei three-phase hybrid inverter, without an energy storage system.
