1️⃣ CONCEPT: A luxury home renovated from a large, classic Mediterranean villa. The traditional facade design includes stone walls and Arabic tile roofs, while the interior features a more contemporary decor. The property includes a sauna, underfloor heating, an indoor heated pool, a spa, and an outdoor heated pool. The owners, a couple who enjoy traveling, have an irregular energy consumption pattern.
> BONUS: The Arabic tile roof cannot be altered, as per the explicit wishes of the owners Additionally, the villa is situated on rural land, so local regulations require us to find a space on the property to place the photovoltaic panels without disrupting the view.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 9.9kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, featuring 550Wp Seraphim panels mounted on a 20º concrete structure placed on level ground covered with gravel over an anti-weed mesh. The system includes a Huawei three-phase hybrid inverter, without an energy storage system.
3️⃣ RESULT:A charming home surrounded by vegetation and fruit trees, where the owners, in addition to contributing to environmental conservation, enjoy reduced electricity consumption, largely thanks to generating their own energy.
