1️⃣ CONCEPT: A new luxury home with a cubic design, very much in vogue currently. It features a flat roof with provision for ducts and ample space for a photovoltaic installation, as is now common in modern architectural design. The owners will use it occasionally during their trips to Spain.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 6.48kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system, featuring 540Wp Seraphim panels mounted on a 20º concrete structure placed on level ground covered with gravel. The system includes a Huawei single-phase inverter, without an energy storage system.
3️⃣ RESULT: A home that was easy to equip, thanks to the foresight and design work done in advance. Like all the projects I work on and those being executed today, this home not only contributes to environmental conservation but also enjoys sustainable energy consumption, largely powered by its own photovoltaic installation.
