It’s true that my education is primarily technical. I don’t regret it; quite the opposite.
And this is something I constantly remember in my work designing and managing installations in luxury homes, when I meet with architects and have to provide solutions for complex spaces. Sometimes, I’m under the pressure of not being able to change anything, of not having the physical space to accommodate the necessary functional elements.
But I have to confess that I don’t dislike this in the least.
Luxury homes not only seek exclusivity and comfort, but also demand innovative technical solutions that respect the aesthetic vision of the architect and interior designer.
So, I can tell you that my work in this environment isn’t just about making everything work, but doing it in an invisible, efficient, and harmonious way with the design.
