1️⃣ CONCEPT: A designer home that emerges from within the mountain, seamlessly blending with its surroundings, crafted as a balcony offering extraordinary views of the Altea and Benidorm coastline.
> BONUS: The residence boasts a wide array of luxuries and amenities, thus its energy consumption will be considerable. To counteract this, a powerful photovoltaic installation is designed. The challenge lies in the fact that the non-walkable, flat roof lacks parapets to conceal the panels. Therefore, the decision is made to utilize lightweight, flexible panels that conform to the ground, directly adhered to avoid drilling and compromising waterproofing.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 12.9 kWp photovoltaic self-consumption system featuring Sunman 430Wp panels directly adhered onto the concrete roof. A Huawei three-phase 10kW inverter completes the installation.
3️⃣ RESULT: A highly technological residence featuring Lutron© home automation control and ambient sound system with concealed speakers, among other amenities. Unique, spectacular, and luminous.
