1️⃣ CONCEPT: A new modern design home located in a mountainous area surrounded by forests, very close to the sea. Like many homes of this type in the area, it has seasonal energy consumption. The owner uses it once or twice a year.
> BONUS 1: The roof has limited space for panel installation because it was not designed with them in mind. Therefore, we find antennas, air conditioning units, and parapets as the most significant obstacles. Distributing the panels to achieve the 5kW the house needs will be challenging.
> BONUS 2: The owner wants to preserve the aesthetics of the façades and ensure the panels are not visible at all, even if it results in a penalty to production.
2️⃣ DEVELOPMENT: Equipped with a 5.500kWp self-consumption photovoltaic system with 550Wp Seraphim panels mounted on an approved concrete structure placed on the roof surface. The system includes a Huawei inverter, and all panels are fitted with optimizers from the same brand.
3️⃣ RESULT: A modern home with clean and elegant lines where, once again, we have managed to ensure that the aesthetics are not affected by the implementation of the self-consumption system.
